ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Former exec turned design pro, Erica Lee, is a Certified Interior Designer and former Senior Vice President of Brand & Customer Experience, blending her background in branding, strategy, and design to reimagine how investors approach their flips.

Through Studio Lee, her North Carolina–based design studio, Erica built a reputation for creating intentional, organic modern spaces that balance function, flow, and finish. Her work has been featured in Redfin, and her approach has earned the trust of builders, developers, and investors who know good design isn’t just about style—it’s about sold signs.

But after years of helping clients navigate selections, she noticed a major gap in the real estate world: flippers and investors were making big design decisions with no strategy.

So she built one.

That strategy became FlipKit—a faster, smarter, more accessible way to bring designer-backed selections to real estate investors.
