Why I Built It

Before FlipKit, I spent years in corporate America leading teams, scaling operations, and helping major brands grow from the inside out. Strategy, systems, and efficiency were my world.

When I pivoted into design, that same business mindset came with me. I didn’t just see pretty finishes — I saw margins, timelines, and the operational chaos that happens when selections stall. Especially in the renovation and construction world, where every delay hits the bottom line.
